6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Manager of FP&A, supporting real estate, in Atlanta, GA. This is a chance to join the Business Unit Finance team at a fast-growing national retailer and become the go-to finance partner for the real estate side of the business. You’ll lead a small team and own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for the company’s biggest strategic investments. The role gives you a front-row seat to multiple parts of the business, including real estate, supply chain, inventory, and P&L management. It’s mostly in-office, with limited travel, and a great fit for someone who wants to build better processes and reporting while sharpening their strategic skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Build financial models, ROI analyses, business cases, and proformas to support key real estate and strategic investment decisions
• Deliver executive summaries and recommendations on sales, gross margin, inventory, payroll, and other key indicators
• Lead the annual budget process and weekly and monthly reporting, using BI tools and dashboards to improve visibility
• Manage a team that supports field and store leaders with ad hoc analysis while driving standardization and process improvement

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience, with retail or real estate exposure a plus
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and communicate clearly in a complex, cross-functional environment
