Our client is hiring for a Senior Accountant. This role supports key accounting operations with a focus on revenue recognition and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling complex accounting areas under U.S. GAAP. This position offers strong cross-functional exposure and involvement in process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including revenue recognition and percentage-of-completion accounting
• Calculate and reconcile commissions, bonuses, and equity-related transactions, including stock-based compensation
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, analyze financial results, and support audit requirements
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate reporting and identify process improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with 3–6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, particularly revenue recognition
• Experience with NetSuite is a MUST HAVE; familiarity with Salesforce and advanced Excel required
• CPA or CPA-track preferred with strong analytical and organizational skills
