Our client in Alpharetta, GA is hiring for a Sales and Use Tax Compliance Specialist.

This is a hybrid role. Join a fast-paced team supporting sales and use tax compliance services. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with compliance processes including registrations, e-file credentials, and system setups.

• Translate and import client tax data into compliance software for timely submissions.

• Handle monthly invoicing, cash requests, and payments to jurisdictions.

• Oversee preparation and filing of returns in alignment with tax deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in indirect taxes including Sales & Use Tax.

• Strong Excel and familiarity with multiple tax software platforms.

• Ability to troubleshoot transactional data and meet strict deadlines.
