Cash Application Analyst

Our client in Sandy Springs is hiring for the role of Cash Application Analyst. This is a strong foot-in-the-door opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who’s eager to grow within a fast-paced accounting environment. The position is primarily in-office (four days per week, with more during training) and ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines and takes initiative to figure things out. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started in cash applications, this role offers a chance to build your skills and work collaboratively within a shared services team.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and invoices across multiple ERP systems.

• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, discrepancies, and unauthorized deductions.

• Perform daily reconciliations and maintain accurate financial documentation.

• Support internal audits and assist with month-end close by preparing entries and reports.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience).

• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.

• Comfortable working under pressure with a high level of ownership and accountability.
