6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst in Atlanta, GA.
This role supports internal and external financial reporting while contributing to key accounting policy research and disclosures. The ideal candidate brings strong GAAP knowledge, SEC reporting experience, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments and senior leadership. This is a great opportunity for a CPA or CPA-track professional with a background in public accounting looking to grow in a corporate reporting environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare internal and external financial reports, including statements, footnotes, and MD&A.

  • Support corporate close processes related to debt, equity, derivatives, and other technical areas.

  • Research complex accounting issues and assist in drafting technical memos and disclosures.

  • Maintain internal controls and respond to audit requests related to financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA-track required.

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting; public accounting preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement prep, and internal controls.

  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
