Accounts Payable Manager

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with shared services or centralized accounting experience and a strong background in system integration and process improvement. Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

• Lead and develop a growing AP team while implementing improved workflow processes.

• Oversee vendor management, audits, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AP processes across new acquisitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of AP or finance experience, including leadership roles.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and AP automation technology.

• Experience in multi-location operations and high-growth or private equity-backed environments is a strong plus.
