6 Degrees Group is recruiting a Payroll Specialist in Lawrenceville, GA. Our client is a growing multi-location company with about 1,900 employees and a busy, close-knit payroll and HR team. This Payroll Specialist processes weekly and bi-weekly hourly and salaried payroll across four pay groups using ADP Vantage. You’ll work with large data sets and make sure everyone gets paid accurately and on time, every single cycle. It’s a fully in-office role and a great fit for someone who loves the details and wants steady, high-volume payroll experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process weekly and bi-weekly hourly and salaried payroll for roughly 1,900 employees across four pay groups
• Prepare, balance, and reconcile every payroll run in line with compliance requirements
• Enter and audit adjustments, manual checks, and refunds, keeping clean logs and reconciliations
• Research and resolve employee pay issues, partnering with Benefits, Employee Relations, and Recruiting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of current or recent payroll processing experience
• Hands-on ADP experience (required), with ADP Vantage a plus
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
