One of our clients is looking to hire a Finance Manager, FP&A in Duluth, GA. This is a great opportunity for an FP&A professional to step into a global finance organization and make a real strategic impact. You’d lead global planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, building financial models and business insights that shape decisions at the top level. Responsibilities:

• Lead global planning, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation processes across regional and functional finance teams
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support tools that guide strategic decisions
• Prepare executive and Board-level reporting packages, KPI scorecards, and dashboards that turn data into insight
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leaders to standardize reporting and improve financial processes org-wide

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, plus 7+ years of progressive FP&A or financial reporting experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, FCCS, or SmartView
• A track record leading global planning or reporting processes and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong executive communication skills; you can turn numbers into a story leadership can act on
