Our client is hiring for a Director of Corporate Accounting in Alpharetta, GA. This role sits at the center of a global finance transformation, leading accounting operations while driving implementations and IPO readiness initiatives. The position requires a hands-on leader who can bridge technical accounting, systems transformation, and strategic execution. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global accounting operations including close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger governance across multiple systems
• Drive SAP implementation, overseeing design and optimization of finance modules while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure IPO readiness through SOX compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, and regulatory reporting
• Lead transformation initiatives including process automation, system integrations, and team development across finance functions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; active CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience with leadership in complex, multi-ERP environments
• 7+ years of hands-on SAP (S4Hana preferred) experience, including implementation
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial systems with proven leadership and change management skills
