Our client in Atlanta, GA is hiring for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will oversee the company’s strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while supporting senior leadership with key insights to drive decision-making. The position includes direct leadership of the FP&A team and responsibility for enhancing reporting tools and financial modeling processes. This is a high-visibility role supporting the CFO, CAO, President, and Board of Directors.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the FP&A team in developing forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

• Prepare and present financial analysis projects, including portfolio reviews, benchmarking, and capital project evaluations.

• Oversee the preparation of board presentations and consolidated reporting on financial performance and strategic plans.

• Provide research and analysis for non-organic growth initiatives, capital allocation, and ad-hoc management requests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to support senior executives and boards.
