Senior Accountant

Our client in Atlanta, GA is hiring for the role of Senior Corporate Accountant.
This opportunity is with a fast-growing alternative investment firm focused on real estate strategies across Sunbelt markets. The company blends institutional experience with entrepreneurial agility, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This role will support corporate and trust accounting functions and assist with investor reporting, audits, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting for corporate, trust, and development entities.

• Oversee A/P processes including invoice review, check preparation, and cash management.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and lender/investor reporting.

• Support audit preparation, tax return processes, and compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.

• Real estate industry and public accounting experience strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with Yardi software and ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced setting.
