Senior Accountant

6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Senior Accountant for our client, a healthcare organization. This role is an integral part of the accounting team, working in a fast-paced environment to support financial reporting and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with Excel functions like XLOOKUP and pivot tables, and a keen eye for process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and lease administration.
• Manage fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation.
• Compile and reconcile financial statements across multiple entities.
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist with annual audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 2-4 years of accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
