6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a Finance Manager, FP&A in Atlanta, GA.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic financial planning and performance across various business areas, including supply chain, inventory, and real estate. The Finance Manager will partner cross-functionally to deliver insights through detailed analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong foundation in financial modeling and business case analysis. This position is primarily onsite, with a 4-5 day in-office schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment planning.

  • Analyze financial performance and prepare executive-level summaries on key business metrics.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis.

  • Develop dashboard reporting and support special projects and ad hoc analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles.

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools and financial systems.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
