We’re hiring a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team, focusing on balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger accounting. You’ll ensure the accuracy of our financial records, collaborating with teams to analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and enhance reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform thorough balance sheet reconciliations for various accounts.
2. Analyze and resolve variances and discrepancies, working cross-functionally.
3. Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance.
4. Prepare accurate financial reports and account analyses.
5. Assist in year-end audit processes.
6. Drive process improvements to streamline procedures.
7. Stay updated on accounting standards and industry trends.
8. Mentor junior staff members to foster their development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, emphasizing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal abilities.
