Our client is hiring for an Accounting Manager in Alpharetta, GA. This hybrid opportunity is with a well-established corporate organization seeking a collaborative and strategic accounting leader to support financial operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, experience overseeing accounting functions, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and financial accuracy. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP standards
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and assist with accounting systems and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a MUST
  • Prior accounting leadership or management experience with strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
