Our client in Atlanta, GA is hiring for a Corporate Accountant.
This role is fully on-site and ideal for candidates who enjoy working across diverse industries and collaborating with multiple teams. The accountant will support consolidated financial reporting for a multi-entity holding company involved in real estate, insurance, manufacturing, and more. This is a hands-on role with involvement in monthly close, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and financial system support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and upload monthly activity from operating companies, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial systems.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, review peer reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.

• Oversee daily AP transactions, vendor setups, and review monthly departmental expenditures.

• Assist with internal and external audit schedules, special projects, and system upgrades.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and hands-on experience with general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting.

• Experience with systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or Concur is a plus.
