Senior Staff Accountant

Our client is a rapidly growing organization uniting premier service providers across the country. This role will support the Controller and play a key part in building out the company’s accounting function. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in multi-location accounting, financial reporting, and general ledger management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple locations.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.

• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and adjustments.

• Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integrations, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience in a multi-location environment.

• Proficiency with ERP systems (such as NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• CPA or working toward certification preferred; strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
