Our client in Atlanta, GA is hiring for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This role will oversee the company’s strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis while supporting senior leadership with key insights to drive decision-making. The position includes direct leadership of the FP&A team and responsibility for enhancing reporting tools and financial modeling processes. This is a high-visibility role supporting the CFO, CAO, President, and Board of Directors.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the FP&A team in developing forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

Prepare and present financial analysis projects, including portfolio reviews, benchmarking, and capital project evaluations.

Oversee the preparation of board presentations and consolidated reporting on financial performance and strategic plans.

Provide research and analysis for non-organic growth initiatives, capital allocation, and ad-hoc management requests.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (Workday Adaptive Planning experience a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to support senior executives and boards.
