Our client in Atlanta, GA is hiring for the role of Senior Accountant. This fully in-office role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong background in balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger work. Responsibilities:

Perform and manage balance sheet reconciliations across various accounts including cash, AR, AP, inventory, and accruals.

Analyze discrepancies, identify root causes, and work with departments to implement resolutions.

Prepare financial reports and support documentation for audits.

Lead or contribute to initiatives that strengthen internal controls and streamline processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on reconciliations.

Proficiency in accounting systems (PDI/Enterprise or Great Plains a plus) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
