Our client is hiring for a Financial Analyst II in Duluth, GA. This role supports financial planning, analysis, and decision-making by delivering accurate reporting, forecasting, and insight into company performance. The Financial Analyst II will build reporting and presentation materials for leadership, including monthly management reviews and budget meetings with regional leaders. This person will also help prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans while analyzing income statement trends and variances. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who wants to partner closely with operations, accounting, and leadership to drive financial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and other financial reports for leadership
- Build financial presentation decks for management reviews and budget meetings
- Assist in preparing annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Analyze income statement trends and variances, partnering with operations and accounting on business-unit performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of financial analysis or related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis); Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus
