Our client in Alpharetta, GA is hiring for an AP Specialist. This is a fully in-office, contract role providing maternity leave coverage starting mid-May, with interviews beginning immediately. The position will focus on full-cycle accounts payable within a fast-paced environment. Candidates must have strong experience using NetSuite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing, coding, and payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices in NetSuite
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience
- Required experience using NetSuite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fully in-office environment
