Our client is hiring for a Financial Controller in Roswell, GA (hybrid 3/2 schedule). This role supports a manufacturing business unit and plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and plant controllership activities. The ideal candidate will partner with operations leadership to drive cost efficiency, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role with visibility across the full P&L.
Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close, prepare journal entries, and deliver financial reporting with key insights
- Develop forecasts and budgets across sales, plant costs, and SG&A
- Analyze variances, inventory, and plant performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with leadership on pricing, cost savings initiatives, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3–5 years of manufacturing accounting experience
- Prior plant controller experience with strong standard costing and inventory knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong communication, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities
