Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle accounting including general ledger, month-end and year-end close processes

Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset schedules

Prepare financial statements, budget-to-actual variance analysis, and regulatory reports

Develop and strengthen internal controls, support audits, and mentor accounting staff
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle accounting

Strong knowledge of GAAP and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online or ERP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
