Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statement package and corresponding variance analysis
- Prepare management fees
- Manage a team of 5-6 staff and seniors
Requirements:
- CPA ideally with BA in Accounting or Finance
- Requires some type of real estate experience
- Experience with Yardi huge plus
