Our client in Norcross is hiring for the role of Manager of Accounting & Finance. This is a high-visibility role reporting to the CFO and is designed as a hybrid accounting and FP&A leadership position within a growing, multi-entity environment. The role blends hands-on ownership of close and reporting with strategic planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, private equity–backed organization.
Responsibilities:

Own holdco accounting activities including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Partner with brand controllers to review results, ensure consistency, and support timely closes

Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis

Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and materials for leadership and investors
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with Accounting strongly preferred

4–8+ years of progressive experience across accounting, controllership, and/or FP&A

Strong GAAP knowledge with experience in audits, close processes, and multi-entity environments

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to balance execution and strategy
