Reconciliations Supervisor

6 Degrees Group is currently recruiting for a small company in the FinTech world that is growing rapidly! Our client is searching for a Reconciliations Manager as a newly created role due to growth.

Duties:

– Oversee the reconciliation between banking partners, processing partners, and internal system. 

-Research discrepancies/unusual activity and resolve problems related to funds transfer and transaction processing in collaboration banking and processing partners.

– Develop processes to streamline funding and collections for customers.

-Work with the treasury operations team to make recommendation to automate our financial operations to allow our company to grow and scale sustainably. 

Requirements:

-This person should already have at least 1-3 years leading a small team in the Accounting Operations field. 

-Candidates should have a strong foundation in Accounts Receivables or perhaps Accounts Payables

Nice to have:

-Degree is not required but is a plus!

-Ideally SaaS industry experience and/or hospitality or retail industry

-Ideally having worked in a high growth technology start up
