Our client in the North Atlanta, GA is hiring for the role of Controller. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-growth financial services environment, reporting directly to the CFO. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving setting, overseeing all accounting, reporting, and treasury operations. This position will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, managing audits, and driving financial integrity across the organization.
Responsibilities:

Lead the accounting department and manage all day-to-day financial operations.

Ensure accurate and timely monthly close and preparation of financial statements.

Oversee treasury functions and organizational budgeting and forecasting.

Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, ensuring GAAP compliance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and active CPA required.

Minimum 5 years of experience leading corporate accounting teams, preferably in financial services.

Credit card industry experience required.

Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and data management capabilities.
