Manager/Director of FP&A
Location: Atlanta, GA
6 Degrees Group is recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A professional to join our client’s finance team. This individual will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies while working closely with the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting or finance, with experience in the payments industry and familiarity with private equity-backed structures. Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role will collaborate across Accounting, Treasury, and Funding Operations teams to drive financial efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis on performance versus budget, forecast, and prior year results for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Develop ad-hoc and recurring reports to support investor requests and strategic decision-making.
- Lead forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-term strategic financial planning.
- Analyze merchant profitability and propose pricing strategies for new merchants and referral partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 8-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong focus on FP&A.
- Experience in the payments industry and private equity-backed companies preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to stakeholders.
