Accounts Receivable Analyst

6 Degrees Group is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Analyst on behalf of our client. This role involves managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, conducting detailed analysis, and resolving outstanding invoices. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable engaging with senior management. Strong Excel skills and experience with Oracle are highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of $18-19M across 100 accounts and research 30K+ open invoices.
• Conduct detailed account analysis to resolve aging issues and drive collections.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
• Develop and improve AR management and reporting tools to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of AR analysis and collections experience, preferably with large customer accounts.
• Proficiency in pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP in Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and problem-solve creatively.
• Experience with Oracle Accounts Receivable is highly preferred.
