Our client is hiring for a Payroll Senior Manager. This role oversees payroll operations for a large organization of 20,000+ employees, focusing on accurate processing, Workday Payroll expertise, and compliance with SOX. The Senior Manager will drive process improvements, ensure regulatory adherence, and collaborate with internal teams for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-state payroll processing for 20,000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Ensure SOX compliance and serve as the payroll contact for audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of payroll experience, including managing large-scale operations.
• Expertise in Workday Payroll and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance and regulatory standards.
