Our client in Alpharetta, GA, is hiring for the role of Accounts Receivable Manager II. This high-visibility role requires a dynamic leader to manage a portion of the AR team and processes, ensuring efficient operations and improved cash flow. The position involves collaborating with senior leadership, overseeing AR functions, and directing process improvements. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain credit terms for customer portfolios.
- Oversee daily AR operations, streamline billing and collection processes, and address credit issues.
- Manage AR close processes, including reconciliations and reporting metrics.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing AR team, conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, with strong analytical skills.
- 7–10 years of experience, including 5 years in management within distribution/manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite (preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
