Senior Analyst – Client Solutions

Our client in Atlanta, GA, is hiring for the role of Client Solutions Analyst. This position is part of a high-performing team responsible for enhancing institutional investor relations, supporting fundraising efforts, and maintaining best practices in communications. It offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment within a prominent real estate investment manager specializing in the travel and hospitality sector.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare pre-marketing materials, manage investor pipelines, and support day-to-day capital raising activities.
• Coordinate responses for investor inquiries, including DDQs and RFPs, and maintain investor CRMs.
• Source and analyze performance data, industry trends, and research to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist with investor communications, events, and fundraising processes, including maintaining data rooms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in real estate, investment management, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools like Juniper Square preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational ability.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities under pressure.
