Responsibilities:

• Support month-end close processes and assist in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and internal departments to identify and implement process improvements.
• Drive company performance through analytics, creating key reports, dashboards, and operational metric recommendations.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and ad hoc financial decision-making tasks.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and with attention to detail.
