Accounts Receivable – Collections Specialist

They are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable – Collections Specialist to join their team in Smyrna, GA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage B2B collections, working closely with large customers and chemical distributors to address and resolve aging discrepancies.
• Handle credit holds and ensure effective communication with customers to maintain strong business relationships.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with B2B collections and strong proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
• Willingness to commit through the end of the year, with potential to take on additional month-end and journal entry accounting functions.
