One of our clients in the Norcross areas is seeking an experienced Credit Administrator to join their team! This is with a family owned company which operates throughout the Southeast. Applicants will need to have a customer service mindset and positive energy to support the AR Department. 

Responsibilities Include: 

Receive, process and set up new customer accounts  

Review and release orders on the credit hold screen per the direction of Credit personnel

Monitor and process emails submitted to credit application mailbox

Back up the Collection team, as needed and contact delinquent accounts to obtain payment commitments. 

Assist customer account reconciliations and analysis

Qualifications include:  

High School Diploma

5 years of accounts receivable experience

5 years of Microsoft Office Suite

Proven organization and time management skills; including multi-tasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
