New opportunity with a real estate investment company in Atlanta, GA
The company is looking for a Construction Coordinator to act as a liaison between the construction management team and the accounting team
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for coordination of project related activities for new construction, renovations, and remodels of existing or acquired communities; including but not limited to permitting, licensing, and jobsite set-up (trailers, utilities, etc.)
This position is also tasked with general administrative support duties for the Construction department which may include President, Vice Presidents, Project Managers and or field personnel. Travel coordination – Booking hotels, car rentals, flights, etc. Process and input all construction related documents for assigned project in Yardi or Procore software accordingly- Subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders. Help oversee lifecycle management of documents.
Entry of all sub-contractor pay applications, verifying accuracy, coding and ensuring budget compliance. Input construction payables in Yardi and route to Project Managers for approval.
Qualified candidates must have two years or more of Construction/Real estate industry experience. Degree preferred but not required
